Hydraulic System Design and Install

Eastern Automation supplied an End User with a new 4 meter stroke hydraulic cylinder and automation system complete with all valving and removable mounting system.

This project was delivered and installed in a 6 week time frame fully compliant to customer paint, pipe and technical specifications. The valving included safety redundant stop functions tee’d off an existing HPU, which our Engineers designed to fit the high flow requirements. Installation was done over six 12 hour days on site, completed and tested before the end of the customers shut.
